In 1985 Bob Ritchie took over the operations of the company as General Manager and Vice-President.

Under Bob’s supervision to company expanded into other product lines including the addition of injection moulding cotton swab sticks and corrugated tubing.

As the company grew so did the reputation, and R&M became internationally known for its quality and customer service.

The Maintenance department not only keeps the tools and equipment in good working condition but also builds a lot of the downstream equipment in-house.

In 2010 Bob & Linda Ritchie purchased the remaining shares of the company.
